Growing up in Grey County on a dairy farm Laura grew to love baking for her family and friends, she always had a dream to own a bakery. Laura has worked at the pie company since it has opened with Mary Jo, when the opportunity to buy the business came up she jumped at this once in a life time opportunity. She has kept with Mary Jo's vision to produce the best quality baked goods from scratch and with love

Owned and operated by the Elliots for three generations, the hardware store and Post Office has been a feature of the local community for over 100 years. After lengthy renovations, it has now re-opened as Williamsford Pie Company, with Laura keen to uphold the tradition of quality and service that the local area has enjoyed for so long.
